Senior Manager Business Development
Experience: Minimum 7 Years
Industry: Chemical Process Plant / Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / Fertilizer
Location: HO-Noida
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities in the energy trading market.
- Drive sales initiatives, develop a strong sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets in the energy trading sector.
- Identify, mitigate, and implement strategies to manage risks in energy trading while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prepare regular reports on trading performance and market insights, and communicate effectively with senior management.
- Build and manage trading partnerships, ensuring mutual success through effective collaboration.
- Guide, mentor, and support junior team members while working with cross-functional teams to develop trading opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and implement trading campaigns to maximize business growth.
